Atlas Industrial Outsourcing was founded with the mission of improving the lives of our employees, enhancing the experiences of our customers, and positively impacting the communities in which we serve. Since our formation in 2017 we have consistently pushed ourselves towards innovation and improvement and this relentless pursuit of refinement has resulted in a company that we are proud to call home.
 

Atlas is also proud to offer a career path to our technicians. Atlas provides our technicians with a way to grow within the company. Atlas has four employee tiers ranging from Level 1 Technician to Team Leader and every level is accessible to every technician with the right experience, skills, and know-how!

Atlas customers range from small independent businesses to international conglomerates and as of 2023, we are excited to be supporting our 1000th project. There is no project too small, and we treat every project like it is the most important one!
 
Atlas is active in our community. Atlas is proud to support our local organizations. We have historically been active in supporting the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce, various local athletic organizations, and Mobile’s own Project THRIVE. We also proudly support our troops and sponsor the annual Military Appreciation Lunch whenever we can.

  2. Seasonal Long-Term Staffing is ideal when you are in need of longer-term temporary staff but can’t justify the cost of hiring new personnel. We have an attractive price structure that could be beneficial to your bottom line.
  3. Permanent Staffing through our Conversion Tech Program is a great solution to your daily personnel shortage. We will become an extension of your HR department, allowing you excel at what you’re good at; being an industrial cleaning company.
