Atlas is a certified NCCER Accredited Training Sponsor, and we proudly support the WJTA’s Field Training initiative. All Level 1 Atlas Technicians are required to complete a company orientation on Core Values, a basic safety course (including confined space entrants and attendants), and an introduction to Industrial Vacuum Work that included hands on training.
Level 2 Technicians complete NCCER Hydroblast Craft Training with advanced hands on practical applications training.
Level 3 Technicians complete Atlas Operator Training for hydroblasting, lancing, line moleing, vacuum trucks, and automated equipment.
All Atlas Team Leaders are required to complete the Atlas Leadership Training Program. This program teaches Leadership, Management, and Accountability.

Atlas doesn’t just train our Team; we hold them accountable to our policies and procedures for consistent results.
Our Team Leaders are equipped with Atlas Mission Packs. These packs allow digital access to all things Atlas. Timekeeping, OJT reporting, Coaching and Commendations, and Safety Items are all available at the touch of a button. If you like our systems, let us know and we can schedule a consultation.
Also, all Atlas Fleet Vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking and 2-way cameras. This allows us to monitor for safe driving, responsible fuel usage, and punctuality.
